Been there and done that, I do not recall any specific problems.

One problem we did come across was one of the database update ptfs failed, this
was due to a bespoke logical we had added to it.
I recommend the deletion of all bespoke logicals before applying the PTF's and
then re-create them.

Another problem I have come across is if you try and apply all the PTF's in one
signon session then it is possible that your job log can become full and cause
problems.
I recommend that you sign off and sign back on again after completing the PTF's
for each module.
