With some advice from support, we wrote an rpg to delete records from pcp01 by transaction date. We currently keep a years worth of data. MOST importantly, you need to also delete the associated records in pcp02 and pcp06, using the transaction number from pcp01 as the key field. We have been running this monthly for two years now with no troubles.
