ABC Classification

We wish to do  ABC classifications based on # of orders for an item instead
of quantity/dollar value?  We would also like to add D,E, & F to the
classification.  

We are willing to do this completely outside of the JBA programs,  but
wonder if it would be better to build a new file with item # and ABC class,
or use the current ABCC60 field.  Does anyone know if populating ACCC60 in
INP60 with A B C D E or F will cause problems?
