Forgive me if this sounds cruel and heartless, but other than the marvelous suggestions the other folks have already provided this is one of those problems that could have many different causes... If none of the previously mentioned ideas spark a resoloution to the problem I would suggest that you log the call as high priority with the JBA help desk and avail yourself of their services (if you haven't already done so...)... Assuming of course that you do have a service agreement in force with them... As Dave said earlier it is probably a setup issue that will require someone actually looking at your box in order to diagnose correctly... I know how frustrating it is for you to be going through this, but we're really just taking shots in the dark at this point...
