1)  Does the source code issue tip the scales to make you consider changing

ERP packages? Absolutely.

2)  Will you buy modules without source code? No.

3) If approached by a company thinking of buying System 21, will you
recommend they purchase the software?
 We have recommended JBA/GEAC to others in the past. Considering all that
has happened in our efforts to install the product and that we are now in
the process of upgrading to S.P.3 and have no support. (We have advised our
account rep. and others but no one seems interested.) I don't think GEAC
has many customers left that would consider recommending this current
solution.
