Solicitations

Recently we have had an increase of solicitations and borderline 
solicitations.  In the past they have been so infrequent, that an explanation 
was the only action taken.  Because of the increase in solicitations, I am 
considering removal from the list after the first violation.  This is a 
noncommercial list, and a list meant for user to user contact.
