× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

This sound similar to a problem I had a while ago.  It turned out that JBA 
had us take out an authorization code.  As I recall it was for Workflow, but 
its been a while.  Once the authorization code was remove the errors, program 
dumps, went away.  I'm not sure if you're having the same problem, but 
thought I would pass it along anyway.
