Many of you may not have seen the recent letters regarding the restructure
of the JBA Business.  Harry Debes, our new President of JBA Americas, has
shared some key points regarding this restructure.  This update can be seen
on the JBA North American website at "www.jbana.com".  This update is on
the support desk page which you can reach using the site navigation list,
or you can go to the support desk page directly at
"www.jbana.com/support-desk".

Also on the support desk page you will find the updated millennium support
services plan.
