Hello,
We are having problems with Authorization codes given by JBA for the Year
2000, The Manager400 just dumps when we put authorization codes for Y2K.
When we asked JBA we were given V352a and b PTF and V351 service packs. We
uploaded V351 service packs just before our physical year 2000 (Thank God),
it had PTF to PL and GL programs validating Period fields and then JBA said
by just loading AM ptfs from V352 a&b Authorization Code problem will be
taken care off but we still had problems with authorization codes. Now we
have received a CD Called June 1999 Edition JBA system Manager Update and
now I am in the process of uploading this PTF to JBA .
Is there anyone having the same problem and I wanted to check if we just
load this ptf will our Authorization code problem get resolved or are we
missing something here
Thanks for your time
