This is a known bug/feature. We ran into it also when we upgraded from Version 2 to Version 3.5.2b. We SQL'd a minimum 10 day difference between the two and that seems to have solved the problem. There is also a flag setting in the parameters that affects the use of shelf life and the system attempting to plan and replan the same materials. I will look it up and post that this week.
