If this is a Log or Ledger Item Entry Session the you can do the
following....

These are session that failed while still in use...probably PC went down or
connect to AS/400 lost.  To recover, go to the utilities menu(APU), take
option to Recover Incomplete Session and put in session (this option is
defined so it can only be run when there is no user on the system but I
usually go into the task and take the exclusivity off...there is NO danger
in doing this).

You will get a message saying that the session has been de-allocated.  Then,
get the user to return to posting option and from the first screen press
F12.  A screen is then shown asking for a session number.  The user can then
enter the session and continue from where they left off.
