The only thing I have available to me is something called:
     JBA VISUAL DOCUMENTATION
     Version 3.5.1
     JBA Product Services
which appears to be nothing more than high-level user documentation.

So, what is Infobase?  Does it come "included" with every JBA system?  Is it a
CD-ROM product?  Does it describe the valid values (and their meanings) for
different status fields?
