  • Subject: JBA System/21 Y2K Compliance

As of version 3.5.0, JBA stated that advanced order entry (AO) is Y2K
compliant. We are finding some disturbing sections of code where this is
untrue. I have talked to our account manager and reviewed the code in
question. We have reviewed documentation from releases 3.5.1 & 3.5.2 and
have found that the problems were never corrected. He has ensured me that
he would report the problems to JBA so that they would be corrected.

Has anyone else encountered similar problems?

Does anyone know if JBA employed an independent testing lab to ensure that
System/21 is Y2K compliant?
