We are having major problems with this, BUT your difference should not
change month on month.  There are some know bugs with the loading of opening
balances but how this affects you depends how you set up your system.  

Make sure that you have no failed sessions (you need to write a query for
this), then run an aged debtors and compare it to your control account
balance.  Provided there's no posting going on while you do this, they
should be the same (or show the same difference!)
