Well, I attempted what you had suggested below Robert.... and I couldn't get it to work. When I called JBA technical support, they stated that the parameters you select on that prompt screen will not be saved for the run. In addition, you cannot submit any job via Machine Manager that has an interactive program in the task (I have personally experienced this). In addition, I was not successful at getting this solution to work for other reasons related to library lists, consolidated file libraries, etc. The only way to accomplish this is to create a custom CL program, manually load the LDA in the format expected by batch allocation, and run batch allocation.
