VAT

Jim,

I am writing from the UK.  Could you clarify your interest in VAT? 
The mechanisms are different from country to country.  There are JBA
customers in all EU countries, so if you are looking to roll out software,
the requirements should be covered.  There is a special mechanism to handle
VAT when the transaction is between 2 countries  in the EU - the World
Trade Module handles this.  Let me know what you want, and I'll get the
answers.
