JBA System 21 -- SYSTEM21

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We have a requirement to communicate special instructions from credit
personnel to order entry personnel at the time the order is placed.  In the
past, I have created custom applications where the credit person can key in
text.... then, as the order was being placed, a window would pop up
communicating this text to the person entering the order.

My question is this:

Has anyone ever done this before in JBA System 21?

I realize the base functionality may not be there, but would like to get
input from those that have made the necessary modifications to accomplish
this.  What route did you take?
