This is the easiest solution.

System cleanup options .. You will not have to write any programs and allow
the system to clean
the journal receivers by itself.

Use the Menu ASSIST and navigate to the point that you can change the
parameter
that will reflect the number of days that you want to retain

GO ASSIST

Customize your system, users, and devices

Cleanup tasks

Change cleanup options

... here ...

Change the parameter that will reflect the number of days
that you want to keep

Number of days to keep:

System journals and system logs . . . . . . . . Number of days

Another solution will be for you to create a 2 step CL program

CL program 1
DSPOBJD (&name of journal receiver names to an *OUTFILE)

CL program 2
Read the created *OUTFILE and check for the reference day and time
--- Delete the ones that you do not want ---

Another solution will be to use the IBM API program to
inquire the *JRNRCV and check the creation date and time attributes
