The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Be aware that the individual might have created a separate powerful user
profile last week and could use _that_ for access. Or given immense
rights to a customer service clerk's profile (who will never notice...)
The lesson is that it isn't enough to check only his profile. You
need a full security audit.
