I use a Taatool - CVTQHST to a database file and then wrote some simple
programs to log who is signed on, from where and for how long. I also
get invalid sign on attempts too.. Not sure about getting IP address
from there.. The only down side is that the function is not real time -
I run the function several times during the day to capture the info..
The only impact is when the CVTQHST is run and it is minimal. Works well
for us..

Subject: [Security400] Login History

We have an issue were we to see who was connected to the system at a
certain
time range. I've looked through the auditing features but most of them
seem
to log things such as login failures vs. being able to tell me who was
on,
when, for how long, from what IP, etc. How can I get this data?

Thanks, Kit
