Unfortunately, without doing research to refresh my memory, I can not provide any better answer than Tom Liotta did. I do not remember all interfaces that do, and do not, support the limited capability function. What I do remember is that at one time those functions that did not support limited capabilities worked that way because they used the same CL command submitting interface for commands that came from a command line as they used for commands generated to implement GUI operation when a user pressed a mouse button. In other words by the time the command reached the operating system there was no easy way to know if the command was from a command line or not. Ed Fishel, edfishel@xxxxxxxxxx
