I would use qshell:
qsh
>for autfil in $(find /dir/dir2 -name '*.extension'); do system
"chgaut
>obj('"$autfil"') objaut(*all)"; done
Or you could use something like:
>find /dir/dir2 -name '*.extension' -exec chmod 755 {} \;
