New Version almost ready...

Howdy Nexters,

I have the latest release of the xRPG Library almost ready to go. 
Included this time around are:

- A bug fix for "getTokens()"
- A bug fix for "getDateStrMil()" (thanks Ewart!)
- A new Service Program: RNBQUSLFLD, a complex wrapper for using the
QUSLFLD API.

Before I publish these latest changes, is there anything else anyone
needs added?  I will usually do requests (no SQL UDFs yet thought).

Also, there should be a new article out next week, and maybe another
later this month.  I'm also deep into "Son of Encapsulation", so if
there are any other questions or feedback regarding that I'd really
appreciate that.
