Your question suggests that you are new to the platform, so I'm going to add one thing to the comments of the others.

Once this message appears, there is no way you can meaningfully continue the program's execution.

Producing a dump may be helpful, but really this message is just saying, "You screwed up the sizing of your variables - fix it!".

P.S. Unless the program in question was compiled with the *SRCSTMT option, the line number mentioned in the error messaage will not match the source line number.
