This:

Should be
CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION mylib.ZGIACART_Z (
CODART VARCHAR(17) ,
DATARIF decimal(8, 0)
)


And I think Db2 may be looking for DATARIF as an integer, giving the
literal you are using. So instead, call it like this:
mylib.ZGIACART_Z('020146' , 20261231. ))

Note the trailing decimal point on 20261231.
