No
Once you perform CALL AMZTRG7R 'MBC6REP' it will remove and add the triggers that are defined in the file TRGMST at a time.
AMZTRG4C this command used for all files, not a specific file.
Unfortunately, with one command or call program you cannot remove the triggers and perform some operations and add it back.
Although
For removing you can use
RMVPFTRG FILE(filename) TRGTIME(*ALL) - check whether it removes all triggers in one go.
Hope it will remove otherwise remove one by one.
But for adding it should be done one by one like
For inserts: ADDPFTRG FILE(filename) TRGTIME(*BEFORE) TRGEVENT(*INSERT) PGM(XLIB/MZU360XP)
For deletes: ADDPFTRG FILE(filename) TRGTIME(*BEFORE) TRGEVENT(*DELETE) PGM(XLIB/MZU360XP)
For updates: ADDPFTRG FILE(filename) TRGTIME(*BEFORE) TRGEVENT(*UPDATE) PGM(XLIB/MZU360XP) TRGUPDCND(*CHANGE)
There is no specific command to add all the trigger events to a single file at a time.

Are you adding your triggers to the XA Trigger Master database?
If no, you may want to consider doing this so that anytime XA ends the triggers and starts the triggers, you will not have to handle yours manually.
If yes, you can use the following XA commands from an XA command line:
To end all XA triggers: CALL AMZTRG4C PARM(*REMOVE)
To start all XA triggers: CALL AMZTRG4C PARM(' ')
