Based on how I used to be "in the room", the True & False constants will
not see the light of day.
As I heard many times... Rochester has a finite budget each year and
they want to get the most bang for the buck when it comes to
enhancements. Since a True False Indicators (as you refer to them) can
literally be programed using variable constants of true and false equal
to *on and *off, it makes no sense to add this to the OS/RPG.
