Just wondering if anyone has successfully purchased labels from Amazon using this API?

It's a two-step process that involves

1. Requesting the Rates for your shipment, parsing the response containing valid services/rates
2. A second request to Purchase Shipment using the rate ID for the service you want, parsing the response and producing the label

I'm stuck at step 2 - I get an error "The requested value added services are invalid. Please check the value added services offered in the GetRates response."
I have tried numerous combinations of including/excluding value added services to no avail.

I can make the request and produce the label on the "sandbox" endpoints (which only support Amazon shipping). This error is from the production endpoints.
(FWIW the sandbox is useless - it behaves nothing like the production)

I've had a case open with Amazon for well over a week - they are "working on it".

Thought I'd take a shot to see if anyone has tackled this one before.

TIA,
Greg
