I'm not quite sure what you need.
You want to have the FT and OR in a single row and grouped per year and
month?

If so, you may try the following query:
With TFt as (Select *
from MyTable
Where Type = 'FT'),
TOr as (Select *
from MyTable
Where Type = 'OR')
Select *
from TFt full join TOr on TFT.Year = TOR.Year and TFT.Month = TOR.Month;

I would need to get this result with SQL

How could do that ? (If is possible ??)
