It's been in ACS RSS for a while now.

I would say that working with editing SSMS is like working in
Access/Excel. It has a good UX. If I had to pick one beef with ACS RSS
editing, it would be the keyboard controls (of course that extends to most
of ACS). When I'm editing a cell and I press the TAB key, what are the
chances I want to insert a TAB control character into that cell? That's
what IBM assumes. I have to press ENTER or click a different cell.

When did they add that?

What's different about SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio?)
