RE: print attributes in pdf document -- RPG400-L

Thanks, everyone, for your input on this task.
I did change it to generate PDF directly from RPG, with no intervening spool file, and all the display attributes work correctly (underline, highlight, and colors). Clearly there is some loss when a spool file is copied to a pdf document (I could only get underline to work).

I haven't changed it to put the printer file directly to pdf because this process runs on v5r4 also, which can't do that.
If I have to though, I will.
