Look at the very bottom of the page:

DCL-PROC getNextOrder;
DCL-PI *N EXTPROC(*DCLCASE);
...

Even as it seems counterintuitive that you have a EXTPROC keyword at a PI
of an "unexported" sub procedure, it seems to work.

But be aware that this also influences the debugging - so when setting a
SEP on that procedure, you have to use the external name.
