Code an additional Record Format in the Display File that contains the 
Window Format:

      ** Dummy format to prevent display clearing
     A          R DUMMY
     A                                      ASSUME
     A                                  2  4' '

The DUMMY format is never used, but is prevents the underlying (main) 
Display File being cleared.
