There must be something in *INZSR that is turning on LR. I have situations
in cycle programs where that is intentionally done, such as a required
control record is not present, or some other error in *INZSR. In that
case, in addition to LR, it also sets a return parameter, which normally
conditions any subsequent processing. Then, when LR is on in *INZSR, the
program bypasses everything and shuts down. It also would execute any cLR
lines too.
