Program PACKED has one parm which is defined as 15 packed with 5 decimals.

Calling it from the command line and passing the value 999999999.12345 :

CALL PGM(PACKED) PARM(X'099999999912345F')

Regards,
Steve

I have seen it done but never used it. How would I call a RPG program
passing packed numerics from the command line?

I'm not *absolutely* certain of this, but I *think* you have to create a *CMD object that will pass your parameter as packed.
