Many moons ago, I, too, had a 5363 under my desk.  We were beta testing some hand-held devices that used Async communications.  We drove them from the 5363 using DDM to get to our S/38 or AS/400 - I don't recall the exact timeframe.  Used ASNA's RPG-II-1/2.  Fun times...

That’s nothing. I have 2 B35s and a 320 with a few expansion units. Plus my
