Very good. I have for twenty seven years prefixed my service program names
with the name of the service program. Don't see the need to go to module
level.

XVERRH_Throw
XVERRH_GetMessage
XVMSGF_SendProgramMessage
XVSMJL_SendMessageToJobLog

I believe it is one of the most important things to do when you create
service programs. Always prefix your procedures with the name of the
service program.

Why?
1. Never have a clash. Two service programs with the same name in a program.
2. Always know where a procedure is exported from.

One of the most important things to do but like pulling teeth to get people
to do it.
