Quick question Re: NOMAIN

Just out of morbid curiosity:

If you have an RPGLE source member, that contains executable statements that aren't enclosed within a pair of P-specs, and you put NOMAIN on an H-spec, what happens?

Does the module-level code get ignored? Or included as deadwood?
Does the compiler complain about the inconsistency?
