Not a system value, but there are three IBM-supplied views that have it. They are NETWORK_ATTRIBUTE_INFO, SYSTEM_STATUS_INFO and SYSTEM_STATUS_INFO_BASIC; all three views are in QSYS2. The column with the system name in all three views is called HOST_NAME.

select host_name
  from qsys2.network_attribute_info;
