Adding all the box quantities for a item -- RPG400-L

Hi,

I have a item master file let's say item00.

When this file is searched for a specific item number let's say 'xyz'.

and there are multiple boxes box1, 2,3...n.

And each box has certain quantity.

So if I wan to add all such quantities and want to display on screen like
"Tot Quantities: Sum".

Then how can we write a RPGLE program for the same?
