RPG enhancements for Spring 2023 are available today with PTFs for 7.4 and 7.5.

- %SPLIT(*ALLSEP) to handle all separators, good for CSV

- %PASSED to check whether a parameter was passed and not omitted. Also %OMITTED, but you'll use %PASSED 99.99% of the time

- SELECT can have an operand, making the SELECT more like a switch
