First, I'm assuming the additional fields have the appropriate default
values.
Would either of these two ideas work for you?
1. INSERT INTO part_master_audit
(list of mart_master columns)
SELECT *
FROM part_master
WHERE ...
2. Create a LF to part_master_audit with only the columns present in both
files. Then
INSERT INTO part_master_audit_LF
SELECT *
FROM part_master
WHERE ...
