× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

If you're reading a record, displaying the value on a screen, changing it,
and then rereading the record (for an optimistic update), the screen value
will be replaced by the retrieved value.

Have you tried renaming the DSPF field? Are there any other attributes in
effect? Seeing the DSPF source would be useful.
