Crazy! RPG is more popular that TypeScript.. who had thought that!!

fre. 8. apr. 2022 kl. 18.53 skrev John Yeung <gallium.arsenide@xxxxxxxxx>:

The TIOBE index can be fun, but that's about it. As if it weren't
unreliable enough near the top, once you get into the sub-1% range,
things get especially meaningless.

In March 2007, RPG was at #32 on a rating of 0.236%. In mid-2011, Joe
Pluta noted that RPG was consistently staying in the top 20, with
ratings fluctuating between maybe 0.7% in 2009, 0.4% in 2010, and 0.6%
in 2011. In June 2016, RPG was at #35 on a rating of 0.42%. And yes,
RPG is "up" now relative to, say, October 2021 (outside the top 50),
but its current rating is 0.22%.

So, yeah, I would take it with a heaping teaspoon of salt. Or even the
whole shaker.
