Niels,

There is both an RPG and an SQL solution.

The RPG one is this one:
APIs, including QWCLOBJL (List Object Locks), QUSLJOB(List Job) 
QUSCRTUS, QUSDLTUS, QUSPTRUS (User Spaces)

Though it probably doesn't do exactly what you need.
