It’s at least a decade since I have done this the last Timecode but is it possible, that your logo image is bound to a line/column that isn’t printed on the last page?

Or maybe the „form feed“ is missing.

Can you post the DDS source? At least partially?

Is the page blank, just with the logo? If empty, print a "." (or
whatever)
in any position.
