There's also CGIDEV2 and my eRPG SDK (www.bvstools.com/erpgsdk). Lots of
built in functions so you don't have to call the APIs directly.

I don't know why people always struggle to get things done when there is
already a good (or perhaps even better) tool out there that can get the
job done much easier.

I assume you are doing something web or web service related. Have you
ever considered ILEastic? There are a whole bunch of procedures
available for working with HTTP requests and responses, for example
il_getQueryParameter.

Project home: https://github.com/sitemule/ILEastic
Sister project: https://github.com/sitemule/noxDB
API Documentation: see http://iledocs.rpgnextgen.com

If this is not related to web or web services then sorry for the
interruption.

Have a great day!

I haven't tried it but if you are on V7.3 or V7.4 then the new RPG BIF
%Split might be a good starting point.

Or do a bit more work and write a simple parser for DATA-INTO.

Hmmm - maybe I'll do that for fun when I have some spare time.

Hi,

Having some problems using QtmhGetEnv for the first time.

QUERY_STRING : I can get the list of parameters but is there nothing
already written that will give me a list of parameters and their values
for
an RPG program?

REQUEST_URI : The value returned is unreadable. I'm using Postman on a
windows PC to send the HTTP request.

Thanks in advance for any help.
