OHSDTE and OHSTME are both defined as packed decimal 7.0.
The problem was a single character - the colon was supposed to be a +.
I realized I may have been thinking SQL's TIMESTAMP function instead of
RPG's %timestamp bif. Hopefully the compiler can be modified to catch
this error.
