Hi,
I'm testing out using SQLRPGLE which I haven't really touched before.
The command I'm running is
EXEC SQL select NETSERVER_SESSION into :pHold from
table(IFS_OBJECT_LOCK_INFO(Path_NAME => '/home/IBMIFS/file.csv'
));
Which works as above with the hard-coded path.
However when I pull out the hard-coded path and pass it as a variable, the
command doesn't return a result. In debug the variable/path returns
exactly as it is shown in the first test. Can a variable not be used?
pPath = '/home/IBMIFS/file.csv'; //first test
pPath = '''/home/IBMIFS/file.csv'''; //second test
EXEC SQL select NETSERVER_SESSION into :pHold from
table(IFS_OBJECT_LOCK_INFO(Path_NAME => :pPath));
Thanks!
