Scott's point about not being able to automatically figure out case
convention is of course understandable. But it seems to me it should
be easy enough to have an option to specify all-lowercase or
all-uppercase. Maybe a future enhancement?
I can live with all caps :)
That is of course the easiest solution.
But until Scott enhances his library, could you maybe do some pre- or
post-processing on your end?
